Yasser Badry 10-1-2022 President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi witnessed the opening of the activities of the fourth edition of the World Youth Forum, today in Sharm El-Sheikh, with the participation of a large number of young people, visionaries and initiatives from various countries of the world. His Excellency began his speech by saying: “We are launching the fourth edition of the World Youth Forum, a platform that has become a platform for dialogue and communication between young people, and a tool for exchanging visions among all the world, especially at this defining moment in human history.” The President added in his speech at the World Youth Forum: “It is imperative for us to realize the importance of dialogue and managing differences among ourselves and to form a state of certainty and faith that the Creator’s wisdom and secret in this universe is that we be different without distinction in this difference.” The World Youth Forum will be held during the period from January 10 to 13, 2022, under the slogan “Back Together,” with the participation of young people from 196 countries in the world. The World Youth Forum is an annual global event held in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and it was launched in 3 editions over the years. During the past 2017, 2018 and 2019, more than 15,000 young men and women from 160 countries were hosted over the course of these sessions. The three. The forum aims to bring together the world's youth in order to promote dialogue and discuss development issues, and send a message of peace and prosperity from Egypt to the world. The United Nations Committee for Social Development has approved the previous three editions of the World Youth Forum in Egypt as an international platform for discussing youth issues. The forum’s management has announced the agenda for the fourth edition, which includes a number of vital issues and topics that reflect the features of the new reality after the Corona (Covid-19) pandemic, which has affected the lives of millions in countries all over the world. All topics also stem from the three basic axes of the forum, which are: “ Peace, creativity and development.” The forum’s agenda presents various other issues, including discussion sessions on the future of energy, sustainable water security, global peace and security, and the reconstruction of post-conflict areas. The forum also focuses on upholding human values ​​by discussing art and creativity, and building a safe and inclusive world for women.
